If kids love spicy stuff, add in one or two hot pepper. 這是給孩子們做的很棒的營養菜。 我放了很多綠色蔬菜。 我加入新鮮的蝦，因為蝦給菜帶來了新鮮的味道。 如果孩子喜歡辛辣的食物，則加入一兩個辣椒。 Have a good day, Pipepipepilong in # blurtchef • 6 yr. ago • 2 min read牛骨汤儿子的身高一直上不去，听说牛骨汤对长高有点帮助，所以看到有牛骨卖，马上买来试试！ 以前煲牛骨汤都是随心所欲乱煲一通。这次特地搜了下做法，做法多种，研究了大半天，都是八九不离十，但有些说牛骨要泡两个小时去掉血水🙃实在等不及，只能直接下一步。 洗净放入冷水锅中加入料酒姜片煮出血水捞出浮沫，煮个几分钟捞出用清水洗净放入汤锅中，我直接用的高压锅，倒入适量水，加入姜片，八角，花椒，白醋盖上锅盖大火煮开转小火煮一个钟左右，关火后算锅内气压全部放完后开盖再加入红萝卜，玉米，再盖上盖子大火煮10分钟左右关火即可！ 第一次煲，虽没有很明显的奶白色，但是味道比我以前那种煲法真是好太多了！看来不一样的食材还是得按它专门的做法才能做出它该有的味道！ 有了这次的经验，下次肯定就得心应手了吧😂pipepilong in # blurtchef • 6 yr. ago • 1 min readAsian food that I cookFirst time making this for my husband small gathering with his friends.
