That might not be a bug. If you sort the posts by payout, there's a note that says that only posts that payout in 12–36 hours are shown. It's possible that the displayed pending payout total only counts posts that are within 12–36 hours from payout. Go to your settings on blurt.blog , and switch to a different RPC node where it says, "choose your preferred API node". You might be connected to a node that is out-of-sync. It can happen. If that doesn't fix the issue, you can ping me or @drakernoise, and we will troubleshoot the issue.

I don’t know of any PHP libraries for Blurt. There might be one for Hive or Steem that could be modified to work with Blurt. The most complicated problem would be signing the transactions. Once it’s signed, it’s just a post request to a Blurt node to publish.
