1 kg crabs
Cleaned and steamed for 25 minutes
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup corstarch
Salt and pepper
1 cup ketchup
5 tbsp sriracha sauce or more according to your taste
1/2 cup brown sugar
Mix them together and boil in medium heat and let it rest
Mix the flour and cornstarch
Beat the eggs
Cut the crab into two, put salt and pepper and dip into the egg, then into the flour
Deep fry for 5-7 minutes.
Reheat the sauce and add the deep fry crabs in a low heat.
Be sure to coat them with your sauce and serve it.
