Delicious Tenderloin Steak with Onion and Paprika

Happy day friends who like the art of cooking tasty and easy meals with a home flavor. My recipe for today is a very simple lunch that I hope you like and here I explain step by step how to prepare it.

Feliz día amigos que gustan del arte de cocinar comidas sabrosas y fáciles de hacer con sabor a hogar. Mi receta para hoy es un almuerzo muy sencillo que espero les guste y acá les explico el paso a paso de cómo prepararlo.

We will need/ Vamos necesitar:

  • Needle Loin Steak/ Bistec de Lomo de Aguja.
  • Salt, garlic wedges, Worcestershire sauce, oil/ Sal, gajos de ajo, salsa inglesa, aceite.
  • Onion, paprika/ Cebolla, pimentón.
  • Yucca/ Yuca.


Sanitize the meat and remove the fat, then proceed to season the meat with crushed garlic segments, salt and Worcestershire sauce.

Higienizar la carne y retirar la grasa, luego proceder a condimentar la carne con gajos de ajo triturados, sal y salsa inglesa.


Place the meat in the pan with a little oil.

Colocar la carne en la sartén con un poquito de aceite.


Cut onion and paprika into julienne strips and add to the meat.

Cortar cebolla y pimentón en juliana y añadir a la carne.



Cook the meat until it is well cooked or according to your preference.

Cocinar la carne hasta que esté bien cocida o según tú la prefieras.


Cook the cassava in water and salt, once cooked let cool and cut into sticks, then fry in abundant oil.

Cocinar la yuca en agua y sal, una vez cocida dejar enfriar y cortar en palitos, luego freír en abundante aceite.


Serve the meat accompanied by fried yucca and then enjoy eating this delicious lunch. See you tomorrow hivers and don't stop preparing this dish, bon appetit.

Servir la carne acompañada de la yuca frita y luego a disfrutar comer este rico almuerzo. Hasta mañana hivers y no dejes de preparar este plato, buen provecho.
