Have you ever heard about there being a Marihuana Tax stamp the Government wouldn't sell, then later Marihuana became illegal? Read this.

Dr. Leary overturned the Marihuana Tax Act
Leary v. United States, 395 U.S. 6 (1969)

Marijuana was made illegal in America to stop the spread of Hinduism, and then to stop Jazz Music, Black and Mexican Culture. This is from a 1911 Government letter when it was legal:

"They [Hindoos] are a very undesirable lot and the habit [of smoking marijuana] is growing in California very fast; the fear is now that it is not being confined to the Hindoos alone but that they are initiating our whites into this habit.”
